Langer Audio is a company manufacturing direct drive turntables. German engineers rely on measurements and everything that can be clearly heard. During the development of new solutions they perform blind comparative tests, which is still a rare thing in this industry. Their machines still look sexy though. Well, they're turntables after all! Kronos Audio, a company which made just one high-end turntable, unveiled a new model called Sparta. If you expect that this is just a board with a motor and simple arm, it is not so.
