Denon Home 200, 400 & 600

Denon is expanding its wireless Denon Home family with three new speakers - the Home 200, Home 400 and Home 600. The company presents them as the next step in its premium home multi-room system, combining wireless operation, HEOS integration and a more refined approach to industrial design. The Denon Home line has become one of the more important pillars of the brand's current portfolio, and the new models are intended to broaden it both in terms of scale and functionality. As Denon explains, the project began not only with questions about power, drivers and connectivity, but also with a more practical one - how a speaker should function in a real living space. That is why the new models use seamless fabrics, anodised aluminium, smooth finishes, soft silicone elements and simple geometric forms designed to blend more naturally into modern interiors.

The new line consists of three clearly differentiated models. The Denon Home 200 is the smallest and uses a three-driver, three-amplifier configuration intended to deliver a bigger sound than its compact footprint might suggest. It is aimed at spaces where size matters, but where listeners still expect a fuller and more spacious presentation. Higher up in the range, the Denon Home 400 uses six drivers, six amplifiers and additional up-firing units. According to the launch material, this is the model designed to create a broader and more three-dimensional soundstage, with a stronger sense of presence in the room. At the top of the line sits the Denon Home 600, equipped with two opposing 6.5-inch woofers together with tweeters, midrange drivers and up-firing units. Denon describes it as the most powerful design in the family, capable of producing deep and authoritative bass thanks to its integrated dual-subwoofer-style low-frequency system.

Across the entire range, Denon has included Dolby Atmos Music support, with virtual processing on the Home 200 and fuller Atmos capability higher up the line, in order to enhance spaciousness and realism during music playback. All three models share the same design language and functional platform. Users get Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB-C and Aux-In connectivity, while wireless control and high-resolution streaming are handled through HEOS. The speakers will be offered in two finishes - Stone and Charcoal. Denon also draws attention to the soft-touch controls and the clean, uninterrupted cabinet surfaces, reinforcing the impression that these products have been designed not only as audio components but also as part of the domestic environment.

Multi-room operation remains one of the key elements of the wider ecosystem. The new Denon Home models can work with up to 64 HEOS-compatible devices across 32 zones, including not only earlier speakers from the series but also AV receivers, mini systems and other components built around the same platform. In practice, that means users can send music between rooms, play the same material throughout the house or create fully independent listening zones. From a single app, they can also access services such as Tidal, Amazon Music HD and Qobuz.

"The latest generation of Denon Home brings whole-home audio and the exceptional sound quality our customers expect from us. Each speaker is designed to fit any space, giving listeners seamless wireless control across multiple rooms through our HEOS platform." - said Lyle Smith in the official announcement. That sums up the direction this part of the market is now taking rather well - it is becoming less about a single device and more about a coherent system designed to work discreetly, conveniently and reliably in everyday use. The new Denon Home 200, 400 and 600 wireless speakers have been available since 24 March 2026 through authorised Denon retailers. Recommended retail prices are set at £299/$399/€349 for the Home 200, £449/$599/€499 for the Home 400 and £599/$799/€699 for the Home 600. Info and photos by Denon.
